Configuration The order of configuring the PTZ IP cameras differs from that of the one for configuring other PTZ devicesdevice types.

The connection with the PTZ IP cameras are connected via is performed through the local net network via the TCP/IP transport protocol. Uniform communication protocol Also, the common protocol of information interaction is used for all PTZ IP cameras.

Configure To configure the Telemetry Controller object as followswhen you connect the PTZ IP camera, do the following:

1. Go to the Hardware tab in of the System settings dialog box window (1).
2. Create the Telemetry Controller system object under on the basis of the Computer object, or select the relevant corresponding object in the object tree on the Hardware tab of the System settings dialog box window (2).
   
3. Specify When you create the Telemetry Controller object (3), you must specify the ID, the the object name of the Telemetry Controller object and select the Server connected with server to which the PTZ device (3)is connected.

4. Select the data exchange protocol in with the PTZ device from the list. To use TCP/IP protocol for the data exchange with a PTZ IP camera, select IP camera as the protocol (4)You must select the IP camera item as the protocol (4) to exchange the data with the PTZ IP camera via the TCP/IP protocol.

5. To save all the changes, click the Apply button (5).
