To save the parameters in the Connection string field to be saved, do the following before you switch to the administration of another database:

  1. Make sure that the database for which the connection settings should must be saved is selected in the Select data source list (1).

  3. In the Data Link Properties window that opens, go to the All tab (3).

  4. Select Left double-click on the Persist Security Info initialization property parameter (4).Set the parameter value to True (5).

  5. Click the Edit Value... button.
