For the correct operation with the Sprvsr+ Web Plug-in Webmanufacturer's software, you must first enable WebSocket in IIS (Internet Information Services).

To enable the WebSocket component, do the following:

  1. Open Server Manager.
  2. Select Add roles and features.
  3. Go to Features → Web Server (IIS) → Web Server → Application Development.
  4. Set the WebSocket Protocol checkbox.

  5. Click the OK button to save the changes.

The WebSocket component is enabled.
