To configure the distributed video surveillance system, follow do the stepsfollowing:

1. Design Create the surveillance system structure project , if it has not been developed beforeyou didn't do it earlier.
2. Set up database synchronization for all servers and Remote Admin Workstations remote administrator workstations in compliance with the system structure project.
3. Register the servers, Remote Admin Workstations and Remote Clients , remote administrator workstations, and remote clients from the same subnet subnetwork on the administering administration server of this subnet subnetwork (or at node Remote Admin Workstations and servers, that optionally realize the administering server functionremote administrator workstation and server nodes, which optionally implement the function of administration server, if there are any subnetssubnetworks). If any selected subnets subnetworks are present in the system, register the servers and Remote Admin Workstations remote administrator workstations that provide interaction of subnetssubnetworks.
4. Set up interaction of servers, Remote Admin Workstation and Remote Clients remote administrator workstations, and remote clients in compliance with the system structure project.
5. Set up time synchronization in the distributed system, if necessary.
6. Specify computers in the distributed system which will be that are used only as Clientsclients.
