Updating the OS doesn't affect the performance of Axxon One. However, before updating the OS, we recommend backing up the configuration (see Configuration backupsee Backup and restore utility). |
There are two options to update Axxon One in Linux OS: from the repository and from the folder.

These options describe an update within one version of Axxon One (for example, from 1.0 to1.9). If you want to update from Axxon One 1.0 to Axxon One 2.0, you must first update the repositories. The repositories and the commands are specified in the step 1 on the page Installing the server from repository.
