The hidden archive is not shown displayed in the Video Surveillance Monitor video surveillance monitor depending on the Operator permissions operator rights but is stored on the hard drive in the same way as the main archive. The Operator By default, the operator has no default permissions rights to browse view the hidden archive as well as to set or unset the "hidden" label to the archive records.

In order to allow Operator the operator to perform operation of operations with the hidden archive, proceed as followsdo the following:

1. Go to the settings panel of the User permissionsrights object settings panel.
2. Select the Archive group in the Main tabOn the Main tab, select the Archive group.

3. Set the Allow viewing hidden archive checkbox (1) in order for an Operator the operator with these rights to be able to view a hidden archive (1). 
4. Set the Allow checking "hidden" archive checkbox (2) in order for the Operator operator to be able to hide archive entries  (2)entries.
   
5. Set the Allow unchecking "hidden" archive checkbox (3) in order for the Operator operator to be able to unhide archive entries (3).
   
6. Click the Apply button (4).
