General information

This action sends a push notification to the device with the the AxxonNet app installed (see AxxonSoft mobile Clients. Documentation).

To run the action, make sure the following requirements are met:

• the Axxon-domain must be connected to AxxonNet (see
Configuring
• Configuration of a domain in AxxonNet)

• .
• the
person who is notified must log in with AxxonNet cloud credentials in the AxxonNet app.
• user who receives a notification must be logged in to the app via AxxonNet.

Configuring an action

To configure this action, do as followsthe following:

1. Go to the Programming tab.
2. In the Event rules or Cycle rules list, click Create... (see Configuring macros).
3. Select a start condition that triggers

5. Enter the title and subtitle of the notification (1−2).

7. Click the Image Added button below start conditions.
8. From the drop-down list, select Notification: Send push notification.
9. In the Title parameter, enter the title of the notification.

10. In the Subtitle parameter, enter the subtitle of the notification.
11. In the Text parameter, enter the main text of the notification

12. . You can use text templates (see Text templates in the action settings).
Enter the e-mail address of the user who will be notified (4). Only one address is allowed
13. In the To parameter, select a user or role to whom the notification will be sent.

14. Click the Apply Image Added button.

Configuration of the Send push notification action is complete.
