In the case of multi-user processing, only one operator may accept can take an alarm for event into processing. Other operators may can switch to the Alarm Management management mode with limited functionality for the purpose of playing back the alarm event. This can be done in one of two ways:
- Click the button (see Video surveillance in alarm Switching to the Alarm management mode).
- Go to the Alarms Alert panel tab and select the an alarm event from the alarms list.
In the Alarm Management management mode with limited functionality, the Alarm Management management buttons are not displayed. Instead, the name of the operator who is currently processing the alarm event is displayed. Other functions of the alarm handling tile processing window remain unchanged.
If the operator has taken When an operator takes an alarm event into processing, this task will not be available for another operator cannot take this event into processing.
After processing an event on another Client, the assigned status of the alarm event is displayed on this Client instead of the operator name.
If an operator accepts an alarm for processing and then , who took the alarm event into processing, exits the Alarm Management management mode (switches to the Live Video mode, Archive or Archive Search mode, to the viewing tile window of another camera, etc.and so on), and the operator absence time is equal to the operator's Idle time parameter valuetime of operator inactivity has elapsed since the moment of operator exit, then other operators are able to accept take the alarm event for into processing.
If more than one alarm event appears for one camera, any operator may can access all alarms events not yet accepted for taken into processing.
