The video parameters of the mobile client are configured in theYou can configure video in the Video parameters section as follows:

Image Modified

  1. Set the Show FPS on video checkbox if you want to display the frame rate (FPS) on the video in the upper left corner of the screen.

  2. Use the Image Added and Image Added buttons to increase or decrease the value of the Count parameter. The parameter value indicates the maximum number of cameras that can simultaneously display live video (see Displaying and searching for cameras in the AxxonNet mobile client on Android OS). The default value is 10, maximum value is 100.
  3. Use the Image Added and Image Added buttons to increase or decrease the value of the Overall bitrate parameter. The parameter value indicates the maximum bitrate when displaying live video. The default value is 15 MB, maximum value is 100 MB.
  4. In the Сaching duration parameter, specify the time in milliseconds for which the video will be cached.
  5. Set the Skip frames checkbox if you want to skip a certain number of frames in the MPEG2 video stream when working on devices with limited processing power. This will reduce the CPU load and improve overall device performance by reducing the number of frames that need to be decoded and displayed.
  6. Set the Drop late frames checkbox if you want to drop the frames that arrive at the video output after the intended display time.
  7. Set the Show corrupted frames checkbox if you want to show all visual artifacts instead of missing frames. For example, if there are corruptions or errors in the video stream, the system will display all frames even if they contain distortions or incorrect data.
  8. Set the Allow speed tricks checkbox if you want to use non specification complaint speedup tricks when decoding video. These methods can increase decoding speed, but they can be less reliable and error-prone
  9. In the Resolution parameter select the default resolution of live and archive video:

    • 144p - display video in a constant resolution of 256x144.

    • 360p - display video in a constant resolution of 480x360.

    • 480p - display video in a constant resolution of 858x480.

    • 720p - display video in a constant resolution of 1280x720.

    • 1080p - display video in 1920x1080 resolution.

    • 4K - display video in 3860x2160 resolution.

  10. Set the Start video with sound checkbox to enable the sound during the video playback from the camera.
  11. In the Live video priority parameter select the preferred live video stream, which will be applied by default: Speed — low quality video stream; Quality — high quality video stream.

  12. Set the Live video in multicam checkbox to display live video in the multicam instead of video frames at the time of the last multicam update.
  13. In the Caching duration parameter set the caching duration time in milliseconds.
