General information

You can synchronize the created list of license plates with a specific domain or export a list of license plates to a CSV file.

Prerequisites

• Connect a domain to AxxonNet (see Configuration of a domain in AxxonNet).
• Create one or several lists of license plates (see Create, edit, and delete a list of license plates).
• Create and configure the Face detector (see Category: Face).
• Enable the Check in lists parameter in the settings of the required detector.

Synchronization of a list of license plates with the domain

To synchronize a list of license plates with the domain, do the following:

1. On the License plates tab, click the Image Added button next to the required list and select Bind to.

2. In the window that opens, click the Add button.

3. Set the checkboxes next to a domain or several domains with which you want to synchronize a list of license plates. You can select up to 10 domains or groups of domains at a time.

4. Click the Apply button.

A list of license plates is synchronized with the selected domain and is available to all users in the domain.

Bulk synchronization of lists of license plates

For bulk synchronization of lists of license plates with domains:

1. On the License plates tab, set checkboxes next to lists of license plates that you want to synchronize with domains. You can select up to 10 lists of license plates at a time.
2. At the bottom of the screen, click the Bind to button.
3. In the window that opens, set the checkboxes next to a domain or several domains with which you want to synchronize the selected lists of license plates. You can select up to 10 domains or groups of domains at a time.

4. Click the Apply button.

The selected lists of license plates are synchronized with domains.

Export a list of license plates to a CSV file

To export a list of license plates to a CSV file, on the License plates tab, click the Image Added button next to the required list and select Export to CSV.

Export of a list of license plates to a CSV file is complete. The file displays a list of license plates with comments.

Cancel synchronization

To cancel synchronization of the domain with a list of license plates, do the following:

1. On the License plates tab, click the Image Added button next to the required list and select Bind to.

2. In the window that opens, set the checkboxes next to a domain or several domains with which you want to cancel synchronization.
3. Click the Image Added button.
4. In the Are you sure you want to delete this record? window, click the Yes button. 

A list of license plates is unavailable for the selected domain. 

You can share a list with any other AxxonNet user or export it to an XLS file.

To do it, follow the steps below:

1. Select a list and click the Image Removed button.

2. To export to XLS file, click Export to Excel.

3. To share the list with other users, do the following:

   1. Click Share.

   2. Enter the email address of the user you want to share the list with.

   3. Select an access level for this user: view only, view and add images, or full access.
   4. Click the Share button. The specified user now has access to the list.

To deny access to the list, do the following:

1. Deselect the Linked checkbox.
2. Click Apply.

The selected user will lose access to the list.
