The Map object is designed used to register and configure the Map interface object in Axxon PSIM, which allows creating and mapping positioning the symbols icons of the installed devices in the controlled territory and to use the symbols on the map of the protected area and using the icons to operate the devices.
The settings panel of the Map object is shown in the figure.:

The table describes the setting parameters of the settings corresponding to the elements of the settings panel of the Map interface object.

5

The Search alarmed links recursively
checkbox

Set the checkbox

Defines, if Sets the recursive search for the objects in on the layers is possible.

The recursive search means is a search , where the transfer transition from one layer, containing an object, to another layer, containing a symbol, follows a gradual pattern of moving an icon, is performed by successive jumps to the neighboring layers, using consecutive sequential links

Boolean type

NoClear

YesSeta recursive search is enabled

NoCleara recursive search is disabled

6The Search depth
field
Enter the value in the field

Sets the search depth for alarms across map layers if the map is multi-layered. This parameter determines how many layers will indicate the alarm. The value can only be entered if the Search alarmed links recursively checkbox is set

Sequence of numbers0
  • Empty field—search across layers isn't limited;
  • 0—related layers aren't taken into account during the search, that is, in case of alarm, only the layer on which the alarm occurs will blink;
  • >0—indicates the number of layers through which the search is performed. For example, the map has six interconnected layers, and the alarm appears on the third layer. If the key value is 1, the alarm will blink on layer 3, as well as on layers 2 and 4

7

The Search for the shortest path
checkbox

Set the checkbox

Enables the search for the shortest path to the alarmed layer.

If there are several paths from the active layer to the alarm alarmed layer, then the shortest path is defined automatically found and selected when the Alarm signal incomes is received (only one icon, that is, the Link to layer icon with the shortest path ,will blink in on the active layer, indicating the shortest path).

Can be enabled only along Works together with the Search alarmed links recursively option only

Boolean type

NoClear

No – Clearsearch for the shortest path is disabled
