You cannot edit stream parameters if the camera was added in the Keep current settings mode (i.e. with the parameters that were set in the web interface, see Adding and removing IP devices). To be able to configure these parameters, you need to set the Send settings to device checkbox (see The Camera object). |
By default, all added camera video streams are enabled. If necessary, you can disable the second, third and other additional video streams by selecting No in the Enable field. The main video stream of the camera is activated by default and cannot be disabled.

When some video stream parameters are changed, the camera may can automatically restart, in which case it will become unavailable for some time (depending on the camera). |
You can also change the video stream settings by sending an HTTP request to the device (see the manufacturer's official documentation) using macros (see Executing a Execute web query, Starting an Run external program application on the Serverserver, Starting an Run external program application on Clientsclient).
