In the Video Surveillance monitor interfaceinterface of the video surveillance monitor, when you create an inverted hiding mask, the Hide screen completely before and after mask checkbox is displayed, which allows the Operator operator to choose whether to hide the screen before and or after the selected segment with inverted masking (see Masking areas on video at export). To hide this option for the Operatoroperator, do the following:

  1. Go to the settings panel of the User rights object.
  2. On the Main tab, select the Archive group.
  3. Clear the Allow hiding screen before and after inverted mask checkbox (1).
  4. Click the Apply button (3).

At the same time, you can allow the Operator operator to view live video before and after the specified mask by setting the Allow showing live video after creating inverted mask checkbox (2) and clicking the Apply button (3).
