Add license plates to a list manually

To add vehicle numbers license plates to a list manually, do the following:

1. On the License plates tab, select the required list of license plates.

2. In the License plate field, enter a full or part of a vehicle license plate

You can also import numbers from Excel files in the XLSX format.

In this case, the following requirements should be met:

Import license plates to a list

You can also import license plates in XLSX and CSV formats. To do this, the following requirements must be met:

Edit license plates in a list

To edit numbers a license plate in a list, do the following:

Delete license plates from a list

To delete a number license plate from a list, do the following:

Select a list of numbers (1).

Bulk deletion of license plates from a list

To delete several numbers license plates from a list, do the following:

1. On the License plates tab, select the required list of license plates.
2. Set the checkboxes Image Added next to license plates and click the Image Added button in the bottom right corner.

3. In the window that opens, click the Yes button. Click the No button to cancel deletion.

Selected license plates are deleted from a list.

Move license plates to another list

To move license plates to another list, do the following:

1. On the License plates tab, select the required list of license plates.
2. Set the checkboxes Image Added next to license plates and click the Change list Image Added button in the bottom right corner.
3. In the window that opens, in the Move to field, from the drop-down list, select the list of license plates to which you want to move the license plates. Click the Apply button. Click the Cancel button to cancel the action.

The selected license plates are moved to the specified list.

Sort license plates in a list

To sort license plates in a list, do the following:

1. Go to the License plates tab.
2. Hover the mouse cursor over the column with license plates. You can sort by:
   • License plate
   • Comment.
   • Create time
   • Expires at.

License plates in the list are sorted according to the selected sorting option.

Search by lists of license plates

Search works within the selected list of license plates. You can search by the License plate and Comment fields., set the checkboxes Image Removed next to them and click Image Removed in the top right corner.
