To work with Axxon One, the following requirements for OpenGL must be met:

1. Version 2.0 and higher.
2. The following extensions must be available: ARB_vertex_program, GL_EXT_blend_func_separate, GL_ARB_framebuffer_object.

You cannot start Axxon One

client if the scale of all items on the screen (DPI) is over 100%.

If the screen resolution is set lower than 1280*960 pixels, the correct operation of Axxon One isn't guaranteed

client versions must be

For the correct operation of Axxon One, the OS must use the UTF-8 locale

• In one LAN, two

• servers with the same name are not allowed, even if they belong to different Axxon-domains.
• If the name of the

• client computer and the name of the

• server computer in the LAN are the same, the correct operation of Axxon One

• isn't guaranteed.
• You cannot name servers LOCALHOST, LOCAL, TEST, EXAMPLE, or INVALID, as these are special-purpose domain names, and their use can prevent Axxon One from working.
• Computer name:
  • must contain only Latin letters, digits, and the "-" character;
  • the name length must not exceed 15 characters

To install Axxon One, you must log in to Windows as an administrator

For the correct installation of Axxon One, there must be no spaces at the beginning of the name of the folder which that contains the installer

For the correct and full-

featured operation of Axxon One, the system must not limit network activity between all

servers and

clients.

If during Axxon One installation, you specified certain ports

, the access to these ports via the TCP and UDP protocols must be enabled. Otherwise, access to all ports must be allowed in the system.

For the

client to operate correctly, disable unnecessary network interfaces on the

server. If you want the

server to work with only one network interface, set its gateway and mask in the network settings utility (see Network settings utility)

For the correct operation of Axxon One,

you must use different IP addresses for all network interfaces on the

server or use the interface mask to specify a designated set of addresses where the

server will operate (see Network settings utility).

If there are identical IP addresses

on the servers, there can be problems in communication between the servers, as well as between the

client and the

server

Time must be synchronized among all computers in the system (configured by the user)

If you have

embedded storage enabled in the system, synchronization between the

server and the IP device is necessary (see

Embedded storage

).

If there is no synchronization, events from the device can be incorrectly recorded to the database

Before installing installing Axxon One, make sure that your computer uses the latest version of the video card drivers on the computer are fully up to datedriver

NetBIOS name of a computer must meet the following requirements:

• contains only Latin characters, digits, and a "-" character;
• does not exceed 15 characters

The Client cannot be started You cannot start the client on a remote desktop through the standard standard Remote Desktop Connection Windows utility

If a computer is connected to an Active Directory domain, one of the following conditions must be met to enable disk access:

1. Disk Access Control Lists must contain only local or
built-in
2. embedded groups and users.
3. Create an AxxonFileBrowser user in the domain and add it to the Users group (see Installation). This behavior is typical only of the file systems that have access permissions (for example, NTFS)
