  1. In the Objects and events list (1), select the object types of objects for the report by setting the corresponding checkboxes. All objects of this type will be are automatically selected (2). To cancel the selection, clear the checkbox for the object type.

  2. From the list of corresponding object types of objects created in Axxon PSIM (2), select the objects for the report or use the Search field (3). To select all objects in the list, click All,to .   8. In the Filter text field (11), specify the value for by which you want to filter the report filtering.

  9. In the Maximum of output strings field (12), specify the maximum number of output strings in the protocol report.
  10. From the Period drop drop-down list (13), select the time period for which the report must be created.

The form of the protocol report with the video displaying display feature consists of three parts. Part (1) is similar to the print form of the protocol report without the video displaying display feature. Part (Part 2) displays video from the selected camera if there is a video archive for the specified period. Otherwise, the last frame from the archive is displayed.

The images photos corresponding to the employee access events will be are displayed when using you use the FSA/ACS module. To display the imagesphotos, specify the path to the folder with the images photos in the <add key="PathToPhotos" value ="" /> parameter in the web.config file. By default, the /BMP/Person/ path is specified.

The names of the files with the images photos must correspond to the ID IDs of the employees whose accesses are displayed in the report.

  • You cannot print the form of the protocol report with the video displaying display feature. If you need to get the print form of the protocol report, create the report without video, that is, the Report with video checkbox (9) must be clear.
  • When creating you create an autogenerated protocol report, you must select the report without the video displaying display feature.
