The list of access levels is managed using the context menu, invoked by clicking the right mouse button on the free space around the list.


The commands of the context menu are described in the table.

1Create root level

Adds a new access level to the list of access levels. Clicking the menu item opens the Edit access level window. For more information on creating access levels, see Creation of an access level in the Access Manager software module.

2Create root folder

Adds a new folger for organizing access levels in the list. Clicking the menu item opens the Folder settings window, which enables setting the name of the new folder.

3Quick search

Opens the window for quick search of access levels in the list. Clicking the menu item opens the Quick Search window, which enables searching for access levels by different criteria. For more information on searching for access levels, see Search for access level.

1Create access levelAvailable for the Folder item only. Adds a new access level to the folder. When you select a command, the Edit access level window opens.
2Create folderAvailable for the Folder item only. Adds a subfolder. When you select a command, the Folder settings window opens.
3DeleteRemoves an item from the access level list after confirmation from the user.
4Change folderMoves the access level list item to the selected folder. When you select a command, the Folder search window with a tree of available folders opens.
5Move to rootAvailable for the Access level element only. Moves the access level from a folder to the root list of access levels.
