To collect the system data in Linux OS, execute the following command:

sudo /opt/AxxonSoft/AxxonNext/bin/support /home/user

where

  • /opt/AxxonSoft/AxxonNext/bin/support - the utility location directory;
  • /home/user - the user’s home directory.
