A repair installation is used to re-install all components of the Axxon One software package. 

To start a repair installation, launch the Axxon One software without removing the current installed version of the program.

Note

To ensure that Axxon One is re-installed correctly, all related applications must be closed before starting the repair installation.

To run a repair installation of the Axxon One software, you must perform the following steps:

  1. Open the Axxon One distribution package.
  2. Run the setup file.
  3. Click Next on the setup wizard's welcome screen.
  4. A dialog box opens, allowing you to choose an operation.
  5. Select the Repair option and click Next.
