Users with the corresponding permissions can export frames and videos (see General information about users). if a Client is connected to multiple Axxon-domains, export of frames and videos is available only for cameras in the Axxon-domains in which the current user has the corresponding permissions.
You can export frames to JPG and PDF formats, videos can be exported to AVI, MP4, MKV and EXE formats. You can additionally archive exported files in ZIP format and set a password for the archive.
Exported videos are synchronized with audio.
The name of the exported file contains the following information: camera name, export date, and export duration.

When you export a frame to PDF, you can also print the document immediately.
A digital signature is added to exported frames and videos. You can check digital signature in Watermark checker utility.
Exported videos and frames are digitally signed with the SHA-256 cryptographic algorithm. |
Captions containing a date and time stamp are superimposed on exported video.
Captions are stored in a separate video track and, if necessary, you can disable them in the player. |
Due to the lack of G.711 and G.726 codec support in Windows 10's "Movies and TV" app, the app does not play audio in exported video.
You can use alternative video viewer applications to obtain the full playback.
Videos exported in MPEG4 format cannot be played back on iOS devices due to peculiarities of the Telegram app. We recommend exporting videos in other formats to play them correctly in the Telegram app on iOS devices.
After you update from Axxon Next 4.5.10 to Axxon One 2.0.2 and higher, the settings of the PDF template and Watermark settings in the Options section → Export are reset. You must reconfigure them.
