After you add a camera to the map (see Adding video cameras and changing size of their icons on the map), perform the following actions:

On the map, use the nodal points to adjust the video camera's field of view to match the actual situation at the site (3).
To display the video image, right-click on the area of the video camera's field of view and select the Show video item from the context menu (4).![]()
This option (Show video or Hide video) can be configured separately from the layout editing mode. In this case, the parameter setting will be saved until the client is restarted. |
To display the video image when using ceiling-mounted fish-eye cameras (see Configuring fish-eye cameras), it is necessary to set the area of the camera's field of view (3) in the form of a circle (360° field of view). In this case, the video image from the video camera will be displayed directly in the specified area:
To enable this feature on cameras with Immervision lenses, it is necessary to select the PTZ display mode (see Configuring fish-eye cameras). If the camera's fish-eye field of view is different from the ceiling position, the video image display area is not available. |
