The SIP panel interface object is used to work with SIP devices in Axxon PSIM (see SIP panel). For details about configuring these devices, see Configuring SIP-terminal.
To work with the SIP panel, you must select the microphone, speaker, and camera of the operator on the Computer object settings panel, see Selecting speaker, microphone and camera for SIP-operator.
By default, if you hide or change the screen on which the SIP panel is added during the call, the connection with the sip device is terminated. To prevent this, set the 1 value for the NotEndCallWhenDeactivate registry key (for details, see Registry keys reference guide). |
