For an archive volume based on the Seagate Lyve Cloud solution, you must:

1. Specify the general parameters for an archive volume (see Creating a cloud archive).
2. Configure an archive volume.
   

   Parameter	Value	Description
   Volume region	Region of the archive volume storage	Specify the region of the archive volume storage that is set during its creation and corresponds to the Region parameter in the Bucket properties
   Volume bucket name	Name of the archive partition (Bucket Name)	Specify the name of the archive partition (Bucket Name) previously set by the user. It corresponds to the Name parameter in the Bucket properties
   Access key id	Value of the access key id	Specify the access key id that is generated when creating an account in the Create Service Account window
   Password of access key id	Password of access key id	Specify the password of the access key The password is available after you create an access key.
   Volume path	Folder of an archive volume	Specify the path to the folder created inside the archive volume
   Volume connection protocol	http	Specify the connection protocol
   	https
   AES key	Encryption key	If you want to encrypt an archive volume, specify the encryption key (see Encrypting a volume of an object archive)
   Archive size	1.00	Specify the size of an archive volume in gigabytes. The default value is 1 GB

3. To test the connection of the archive volume, click the Test connection button.
   
   
4. Click the Apply  button.
