By default, the Operator is allowed to export video recordings and print out video frames from the archive, as well as send video archive frames for printing using the camera menu in the Surveillance window (Export section).

You can forbid export or printout as follows:

1. Go to the Users tab in the System settings dialog box (1).
   
2. In the object tree located below the User rights button, click on the object with the Operator permissions that you want to change (2).
   The User rights object settings panel will be displayed in the right part of the window
3. To forbid the Operator to export archive frames, clear the Allow frame export checkbox (3).
4. To forbid the Operator to print archive frames, clear the Allow frame printout checkbox (4).
5. To forbid the Operator to export archive clips, clear the Allow video clip export checkbox (5).
6. Click the Apply button (6).

Export and printout permissions are now set.
