To fill out a reference book:

    1. Click Reference. A window opens (Fig. 2.8—5). In the window, select the required reference book (for example, Owners).

    1. Then, the editing window for the reference book opens (Fig. 2.8—6).

    1. To add an entry, click Insert entry and enter the value (Fig. 2.8—7).

    1. Click Save.

You can edit any reference book like this.
After you add a value to a reference book, you can use it for filling in the corresponding field for regulatory and reference information (Fig. 2.8—8)..
