The VideoIntellect software provides the video analytics functions. The integration of the VideoIntellect and Intellect software has the following functional capabilities:

  1. Transferring the video from the Intellect video cameras to the VideoIntellect server via the RTSP protocol.
  2. Obtaining the results of the video streams analysis (the triggered video analytics detectors) from the VideoIntellect software.

Prior to configuring the integration with VideoIntellect software, it is necessary to create and configure the RTSP Server object - see Configuring RTSP Server module. It is also necessary to configure the video reception from the video cameras via the Intellect RTSP Server, and configure the required detectors for these video cameras in the VideoIntellect software.
