General information

Each role has different access settings for users. To configure a cloud role, go to the System settings tab→  tab → Cloud rolespermissions.

To create a role, do the following::

  1. Go to the System settings tab → Cloud permissions.
    2. Click the

Edit a role

To edit a role, do the following:

    Click the Edit Image Removed button next to
  1. Select the required role from the list in the Cloud permissions tab.
  2. Change the settings or the name of the role.
  3. Click

  4. the Save Image Added button.

Role editing is complete.

Rank roles

The ranking system allows you to determine which roles the users can assign to each other at the registrationsigning up. The higher the rankingrank, the more features a user gets. To increase the rank of a role, click the Move rank up Image Removed Image Added button. To decrease the rank, click the Move rank down Image Removed Image Added button.

Disable a role

To disable a role, do the following:

  1. Click the Disable
    2. Image Removed
  2. Image Added button next to the required role.
  3. In the window that opens, click the Yes button.
    4. Image Removed
  4. Image Added

As a result, the role is disabled.

Restore a role

To restore a role, do the following:

  1. Click the Restore 
    2. Image Removed
  2. Image Added button.
  3. In the window that opens, click the Yes button.
    4. Image Removed
  4. Image Added

As a result, the role is restored.

Delete a role

We recommend assigning new roles to users before you delete a role. Otherwise, all users are assigned the default Operator role.

To delete a role, do the following:

  1. Click the Disable
    2. Image Removed
  2. Image Added button next to the required role.
  3. In the window that opens, click the Yes button.
    4. Image Removed

  5. Click the Delete
    6. Image Removed
  6. Image Added button.
  7. In the window that opens, click the Yes

As a result, the selected role is deleted.
