To run You can start the Support.exe utility , use in one of the following methodsways:

  1. From the Start menu of the OS Windows: Start -> All programs -> Axxon PSIM -> System’s information gathering utility Collecting info about system.
  2. From the Tools64 folder of the Axxon PSIM program folder: <Axxon PSIM> installation directory: <Axxon PSIM installation directory>\Tools64\Support.exe.

After running you start the Support.exe utility, the the Support – Collecting info about system utility dialog box is displayed window opens.

 

To close shut down the Support.exe utility, click the Close Image Addedbutton.
