To add a user for working with the Axxon-domain. All other users will have view-only rights.To allow a user to work with the Axxon domain via AxxonNet, do as followsthe following:

  1.  On the Dashboard page Domains tab, click the Image Removed icon in the Axxon domain.

  2. Click the Image Removed button.
  3. Select an AxxonNet user (1).

  4. Image Added button next to the corresponding domain and select the Users and Groups item.

  5. Click the Add user button.

  6. In the Email field, enter the AxxonNet registered user or sign up a new user (see Registration, authorization, password recovery and change in AxxonNet).

  7. In the Role drop-down list, select the role to which

    to (2) from the list. To create a new role, enter the new role name in the field.

    The role will be automatically created in Axxon Next and will have minimal access rights.

    Click the Assign button

  8. If you want to assign the already existing role from Axxon One, select one of the available roles in the VMS role drop-down list.
  9. Click the Assign button. To cancel adding a user to work with the domain via AxxonNet, click the Cancel button.

Adding a user to work with the domain via AxxonNet is complete. The user gets access to the Web-Client and reports. When you grant or change the access to the domain, the user gets the corresponding notification by email.

For correct operation of reports (see AxxonNet Reports), the user role must match the following conditions:

  1. The Permission to Access via WebUI function must be activated.
  2. The user must set the maximum access levels to all required cameras.

To change the user role, click the Image Removed Image Added button and select a new role. To delete the user, click Image Removedthe Image Addedbutton.

To enable the user to edit multiple Axxon domains, do as follows:

Select multiple Axxon domains on the Dashboard page: hover the mouse over the Axxon domain of your choice and click Image Removed in the upper left corner.

  • You cannot delete a role in Axxon One while there are users in AxxonNet that use this role.
  • If you don't want a role (except for admin) to be displayed in AxxonNet, you must first delete all linked users or reassign them to other roles in AxxonNet. After that, you can delete a role without assigned users from Axxon One
