General information

Each role has different access settings for users. To configure a cloud role, go to the System settings tab→  tab → Cloud rolespermissions.

To create a role, do the following::

  1. Go to the System settings tab → Cloud permissions.
    2. Click the

Edit a role

To edit a role:

  1. Select the required role from the list in the Cloud permissions tab.
  2. Change the settings or the name of the role.
  3. Click the Save Image Added button.

Role editing is complete.

Rank roles

The ranking system allows you to determine which roles the users can assign to each other at signing up. The higher the rank, the more features a user gets. To increase the rank of a role, click the Move rank up Image Added button. To decrease the rank, click the Move rank down Image Added button.

Disable a role

To disable a role:

  1. Click the Disable Image Added button next to the required role.
  2. In the window that opens, click the Yes button.

As a result, the role is disabled.

Restore a role

To restore a role:

  1. Click the Restore Image Added button.
  2. In the window that opens, click the Yes button.

As a result, the role is restored.

Delete a role

We recommend assigning new roles to users before you delete a role. Otherwise, all users are assigned the default Operator role.

To delete a role:

  1. Click the Disable Image Added button next to the required role.
  2. In the window that opens, click the Yes button.

  4. In the window that opens, click the Yes button.

As a result, the selected role is deletedCreation and configuration of the cloud role is complete.
