You cannot start Axxon One client if the scale of all items on the screen (DPI) is over 100%.

If the screen resolution is set lower than 1280*960 pixels, the correct operation of Axxon One isn't guaranteed

The server and the client versions must be the same. If not, the correct operation of Axxon One isn't guaranteed

For the correct operation of Axxon One, the OS must use the UTF-8 locale

Screen resolution: Correct operation isn't guaranteed at resolutions lower than 1280×960 pixels

• Server and client: The versions of the client and server to which you connect must be the same. We don't recommend you connect if the product versions aren't the same. The versions of installed DetectorPack add-ons must also be the same (see Installing DetectorPack add-ons).
• Version rollback: Rolling back to a previous version isn't allowed.
• OS localization: For proper operation, the operating system must use UTF-8 localization

• Administrator privileges: You must install Axxon One with Windows administrator privileges.
• Installer path: The directory that contains the installer must not contain spaces at the beginning of its name.
• Drivers: Before installation, make sure that your computer is using the latest version of the video card driver

• Server name requirements:
  • It is prohibited to have two servers with the same name on the same local network

• • , even if they belong to different Axxon-domains.
  • Prohibited names: LOCALHOST, LOCAL, TEST, EXAMPLE, INVALID (special-purpose domain names).
  • Only Latin letters, digits, and the - character.
  • Maximum length is 15 characters.

To install Axxon One, you must log in to Windows as administrator

For the correct installation of Axxon One, there must be no spaces at the beginning of the name of the folder that contains the installer

For correct operation, you must use different IP addresses on all network interfaces or use an interface mask to specify a list of addresses on which the server operates (see Network settings utility).
