Attention!
You can start the Axxon One client from:
Note
To start the client in safe mode with OpenGL software emulation, select: Start → Programs → Axxon One → Axxon One (safe mode). When the client is running in safe mode, the frame rate decreases.
As a result, the Axxon One client starts and the authorization window opens.
Attention!
If you specify localhost as the name of the server or a node, the server doesn't start.
Attention!
The root user, which has administrator permissions, logs into the system first. Enter root into the Username and Password fields. As a result, a window opens in which you must enter a new password twice.
When you hover the cursor over the icon, a tooltip opens in which you can see the requirements for a new password (see Security policy). Click the Apply button to save the new password.
You must securely save the new password (see How to recover the password of the root user (superuser)?).
Then the administrator must configure the system for multi-user access (see Users).
If authorization is successful, the physical monitor will display a video surveillance monitor.
Attention!
Launching the Axxon One software program with client logging enabled can take a long time when the ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 Real-time file system protection mode is on. To solve this problem, add the Axxon One installation folder and the folder with the client logs (<Letter of system disk>:\Users\<User>\Appdata\Local\AxxonSoft\Axxon One\logs) to the list of exceptions in ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4.
If NetLimiter 2 is installed in the system, there can be a significantly increased load on the processor when working with Axxon One. This problem is resolved by removing NetLimiter 2.
