To configure the object of the Modbus master integration module, do the following:

  1. Go to the settings panel of the Modbus master object.
  2. If you select COM Port in the Connection type field, in the COM settings section:
    1. In the COM Port field, specify the number of the COM port for connection to the Modbus Server.
    2. From the Connection speed drop-down list, select the COM port bit transfer rate per second:
      1. 9600 (default),
      2. 19200,
      3. 57600,
      4. 115200.
    3. From the Transport type drop-down list, select the protocol type for connection to the Modbus Server.
      1. ASCII (default),
      2. RTU.
  3. If you select TCP or UDP in the Connection type field, in the Ethernet settings section:
    1. In the Port field, specify the port for connection to the Modbus Server. The default value is 502.
    2. In the IP address field, specify the IP address of the Modbus Server.
  4. In the Configuration settings section:
    1. In the Device count field, specify the number of devices connected via the Modbus protocol.
  5. From the Connection type drop-down list, select a connection type:
    1. TCP,
    2. UDP,
    3. COM-Port (default).
  6. Click the Apply button to save the settings.
  7. Click the  button and select Download configuration from the drop-down list.
  8. Click the Apply button to save the settings.

Configuration of the object of the Modbus master integration module is complete. As a result, a hardware tree will be read:
