Audio monitoring of a situation is carried out using the microphones that correspond to a camera surveying the situation.

In different viewing modes, different audio monitoring functions are accessible:

  1. Live playback mode – listening to sound from a microphone in real time; playing back sound from the client microphone on camera speakers.
  2. Archive mode, alarm management mode, archive search mode—playback of sound recorded from a microphone.

Note

In Archive mode and Archive Search mode, an audio recording can be played back only from the microphone corresponding to the currently selected camera, and only in forward playback mode at a speed of 1x.
