The update mode is used to install a new version of WEB Report System PSIM without removing the previous version.

To update WEB Report System PSIM, do the following:

  1. In the root directory of the distribution package, run the setup.exe file. The version of the distribution package must be newer than the version of the currently installed WEB Report System PSIM.
  2. To continue the update process, click the Next button.

  3. Select MS SQL Server and set the connection parameters. For details, see Installation of Axxon PSIM as a Server/Remote administrator's workstation.

  4. To continue the update process, click the Next button.
    As a result, the check of the installed components and copying of the necessary WEB Report System PSIM components to the hard disk start.

  5. After the components of WEB Report System PSIM are successfully copied, a message about the completion of the update process is displayed.

  6. Click the Finish button.

The update of WEB Report System PSIM is completed.
